Rashid - Beware of the chef!

Cathy - The super smiley manager of the Porchester! Often caught singing along to the playlist even though she claims not to like it. Will always recommend the white Rioja if you can't decide what to drink.

Hayley - Our assistant manager who is known affectionately among some of the staff as mini-me. Looks happiest when shaking a cocktail to the latest dance music.

Siobhan - The very feisty Irish one. She has a weakness for peanut M&Ms and an expert knowledge of Spanish swear words.

Dev - Impressive cocktail maker/show off who keeps sneaking away from the bar to check the cricket scores. He's from South Africa but we like him anyway!
